If you are looking for a scenario not mentioned here, please call as these will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

Team Training:

Can work with 20-50 Athletes at a time; $5 per Athlete for the hour.

$100 Min.

 

  

Personal Training

$60/Hour

*Groups of 2-3 split the $60/HR Rate

 

 

Groups of 3+

$15/Hour for each Participant

 

 

Each session is approximately 1-hour in length and includes a thorough 10 minute warm up, a solid 40 minute workout and 10 minutes of static stretching at the end.  If you are doing a one-on-one session, your class would conclude with a full body table stretch.
