As part of our Training Program, we like to objectively measure your results. All clients will receive monthly:
1) Weight and Body Fat Testing
2) Body Composition (Full Body Measurements)
3) Review of your Calorie Intake Journal and Discuss any Questions/Concerns
4) Monthly Ability Testing and Review of your Progress
