HARVESTON OUTDOOR FITNESS

Our Fitness Groups have been changing lives in the Valley for 4 years.  We are now offering a unique and exciting ‘Outdoor Fitness Group’ in the Community of Harveston.  Our classes are designed to give anyone of any fitness level a phenomenal full-body workout in just one hour.  NOT A BOOT CAMP!!

                                  

Bring A Desire To Be Fit

And Leave The Rest To Me!

This class will focus on Cardio including Plyometrics,
Calisthenics, Short Distance Running, Sprints, Jumping Rope and Body Weight exercises for your Upper
And Lower body and a Ton of Core and Butt Work.

 

   Progression and successes do not come without great effort!!

 

What Results Can I Expect?

You can expect an Increase in Energy, more Defined Muscles, a Boost in your Self Confidence, Decreased Body Fat and Weight loss, Stronger Core Muscles, More Strength, Improved Balance and Coordination, less chance of Injury, a Reduction in Stress, Increased Flexibility, Increased Cardio and Muscle Endurance and know that you are truly FIT!!!

(Target, Sport Chalet, Dicks, Sports Authority, etc.)
