Our Fitness Groups have been changing lives in the Valley for 4 years.  We are now offering a unique and exciting ‘Outdoor Fitness Group’ in the Community of Harveston.  Our classes are designed to give anyone of any fitness level a phenomenal full-body workout in just one hour.  NOT A BOOT CAMP, but just as challenging!! Try a class FREE and see for yourself!!

This class will focus on Cardio including Plyometrics,
Calisthenics, Short Distance Running, Sprints, Jumping Rope and Body Weight exercises for your Upper
And Lower body and a Ton of Core.

All you need to bring is a Jump Rope and a Yoga Mat
(Target, Sport Chalet, Dicks, Sports Authority, etc.)

I also highly recommend you purchase and bring a Foam Roller.  You can purchase one for roughly $25 at any of the above listed stores. I will show you how to use one and discuss its importance.

What if I bring a friend to class?

Thank you!!  That is how I grow my business.  I do not market any other way.  As a thank you I will take 50% off your next month's dues for every person you bring to class.  You must remind me that you brought someone for I tend to get caught up in training and forget things!!

 

What do I need to bring to this class?

 

All you need to bring is a jump rope which I can sell to you for super cheap since we get them in bulk.  You can also find one at any sporting goods store.  You will also need a basic mat.  Yoga mats work great or if you want something a little more padded, you can find those at a place like sport chalet too.  Aside from those two things all you need is a towel and plenty of water.

 

How is this class going to be different than Fit Camp?

 

At Fit Camp we blended weight training and bodyweight training.  Straight Fitness will be exclusively bodyweight training and a ton of cardio and core work.  As with Fit Camp, every class will be entirely different from the last as I have endless workouts using only your body for resistance.  Working out 3 days a week like this, you will see amazing results.

How much does the fee equate to per class?

The monthly fee equates to $4.16 per class per person if you come all 12 classes in a month!!  Unbeatable!!
