
What is your Fit Camp class like?
We make working out fun and exciting and we provide a great deal of variety and motivation into every one of our workouts. We focus highly on Strength Training, Speed, Agility & Quickness, Power & Plyometrics, Cardiovascular Endurance, Core Training, Balance & Stabilization, Hand-Eye Coordination and Reaction Drills, Injury Prevention, Flexibility and Having Fun!
You can expect light to moderate running up to 1.5 miles (Chi Running for injury prevention), short sprints, strength training, team challenges, obstacle courses, circuit training, core training, boxing, rope jumping, stair or hill climbing, military fitness drills, and more.
Our camp will whip you into the best shape of your life and you'll meet some cool people along the way.

Call and I will email you the new client start up packet to you and you can bring them with you on your first day.
How long are your Fit Camps?
Our Fit Camps are ongoing and enrollment is always open. Your time begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the month. We will prorate your first month so you can start right when you are ready to instead of having to wait for a new month to begin.
How long is the program / Classes?
Fit Camp participants are entitled to attend our 4 week program that meets 5 days per week for 60 minute sessions. A total of roughly 20 class sessions per month. You are responsible to attend all your program sessions so that you can get the maximum results.
We understand that things do pop up that may keep you from being able to attend a class. For example, a doctor’s appointment, you get sick, etc. You are responsible for making up classes you miss during regular class times throughout the week. We will most likely have other times during the day that you could also use to make up a class. Just ask your instructor.
Do we workout in the rain ?
This is an Outdoor Fit Camp and class will go on rain or shine. If the weather gets really bad, which is pretty rare here in Southern California, we may cancel class.
What should I bring to class?
You are responsible to bring plenty of water, a towel (to dry you off), a rain parka, proper workout attire: T-shirt/sweat shirt, shorts/workout pants, and running shoes, etc., sun block and dumbbells that suit your fitness level. We will always have a few extras on hand.

How much does Fit Camp cost?
We wanted to create a program that was affordable enough that people would start, but most importantly, that people would continue. A Fit Life needs discipline an takes time and a lot of hard work. When money is a factor, the body always loses out to putting food on the table, taking care of the kids, etc. We want everyone to be able to give their life to fitness!!

How soon will I see results?
It all depends on how much effort you put in to the class. If you commit to giving 100% effort, you may see visible results, energy increase, and noticeable strength in less than 3-6 weeks. Nutrition plays a key role in loss of body fat and visible muscularity and is completely separate from being physically fit. You can look out of shape but be in amazing physical shape!
Will I be sore sometimes?
It is normal to feel some soreness during the first week of camp. However, your body will adjust and you will only feel slight to moderate soreness after a week of camp.

Yes. Our main objective is to whip you in to shape. We make sure that our classes are enjoyable and effective. You will notice your energy improving during the first two weeks.
